Leviticus 26:25
Last year great pressure was put on President Bush to concede to the demands of the far left. Iranian President Ahmadinejad offered an olive branch toward our president to add to this pressure.
Ps.55:21 “ The Words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart; his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords.”
The Iranian president’s words are prophetically spoken in Ps.83:4 “They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.”
Our nation cannot have a peaceful coexistence with the enemies of Israel and stay in God’s favor. Staying in God’s favor carries a lot more weight than staying in favor with the United Nations.
Americans hope for peace and maybe a slowing down of Iran’s nuclear build up, but at what cost to our allegiance to God? Will we sell out on Israel’s right as a sovereign nation to get along with the oil tycoons of the Middle East? Since last year we have voted in a new president who has reached out to Iran in hopes of brokering a peace deal, but Iran has fired several nuclear test missiles aimed at showing Israel that they are going to be attacked soon and if any one, including the United States gets in the way they will also be attacked.
Many Americans Want Radical Change
“Revolutionaries thrive on chaos. To the extremist of the American left, determined to bring about revolution, the big city riots of the past offered an opportunity to be heard. In nearly every disturbance, the trained agitators of the far left appeared on the scene. Their goals, as they were years ago, are the same today: to inflame passions, incite violence, stir up discontent and disorder, all in the hopes that violence will lead to more violence until large areas of our cities' structured authority would be so completely undermined that the authorities would be viewed by many citizens as the enemy. It is under these hotbeds of ideology and chaos that revolutionary movements grow and overthrow governments” [ 6] Communism and the New Left, p.79
Lev.26:25
Moses was told God would send a pestilence among their highly populated areas. The pestilence represents not just disease but enemies. Enemies of the United States do not have to come in great military hoards from overseas anymore. Our enemies live right here in our cities and towns. They are institutional insurgents, that is, [they work to undermine and overthrow free will, marriage, family values, and national patriotism and free enterprise]. They are working in our institutions of higher learning and many of them work in our own government. They go so far as threaten to withhold federal monies for financially strapped communities if they allow prayer in public places and allow Christian symbols in public places. They blame Christian churches and Bible preachers for spreading hate messages when all the faithful preachers are doing is standing in defense of the Scriptures. It is amazing at how the Bible is spurned in this nation, but the Koran is being held in high regard because we do not want to hurt Islamic feelings. There is indeed a battle against the Bible in America and our biblical illiteracy has got to change.
American Marxist In Power
Many of our nation’s political shepherds have turned their backs on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The seeds of discord were sown years ago during the age of free love and dope. At one time we expected criminals to be judged by the letter of the law, but Marxist ideologist and communist sympathizers over the past 60 years has undermined what took centuries to build, and that was a society established upon the principles of hard work and righteous leadership.
New laws which we have now that protect many criminals from punishment are part of that Marxist ideology. It is part of the mind set that says environment has created these monsters that roam our streets and attack our families and businesses. If they were not so poor, which by the way is the fault of capitalistic America, then they would not want to take what others have. This warped kind of thinking ignores the principle that mankind operates under the free will influence of his own sinful nature. A Socialist does not recognize original sin.
Karl Marx said “ riots, revolt and guerrilla tactics are the ways by which a small nation can overcome a large one.” Instead of a small percentage of our military chasing a large percentage of enemies as noted in Lev.26:8, today a few of our enemies have our entire military on edge throughout the world.
You see, before a nation is ready to collapse, its foundation must first be weakened.
When the foundation crumbles and can no longer support the building of a nation then the nation falls in upon itself and actually consumes itself. Free will, marriage, family and nationalism are all under attack, and they are our nation’s foundation. Socialism, which is nothing more than the religion of humanism at work, undermines our freedom. It seeks to socialize everything from the family to our fortunes and put them in the government’s hands.
Feminism and homosexuality are undermining marriage and family and biblically illiterate believers are caving in to the pressures to give up on the Bible. They do not want to come across as intolerant and unkind, so they give in. Joe Stalin said in his Dialectical Materialism - Communism, to conquer America all you have to do without firing a shot is:
This is how a weaker and less organized evil nation can overthrow a supposedly more powerful and superior nation such as ours. [When we separate our thinking from God’s direction we operate from a position of weakness and subsequently we are most vulnerable to harm.]
And each time a nation falls, especially a client nation, then it’s as if evil explodes.
This is why democracies are so important to global stability. Democracies give the people a vote to choose their leadership. When evil explodes it spreads just as when freedom explodes; it too spreads. Freedom is more to be coveted than evil wouldn’t you say?
[We must never forget that nationalism is God’s way of protecting a nation from his chastening, and destruction of another nation of people.] When evil corrupts a nation so much that God has to discipline that nation, even to the point of an overthrow, then God’s judgments become an even greater force on the earth. Evil; no matter how it is packaged, always opposes Bible doctrine. And when God’s people do not want Bible doctrine, then God will let evil have its way. Evil can become an instrument of correction. God can use it to bring about humility and eventual repentance to those who have strayed.
